What data can be processed
Navigation and safety data
Systems that make the site available can record technical data, such as IP address, date and time of the request, page visited, type of browser, operating system, response result and information useful to prevent abuse or malfunction. These data derive from the normal functioning of the Internet and are not used by In-Vidia to identify the visitor directly.
Data sent voluntarily
The site does not use contact forms. If you choose to write by email, the sender’s address, the content of the message and any data you decide to communicate are processed, exclusively to manage the conversation and the related requests.
Cookies and preferences
The site uses only technical tools necessary for the operation, security and, when active, the storage of privacy preferences.The analytical or advertising tools indicated inCookie Noticeare uploaded only after a valid user choice.
Purposes and legal bases

Nature of the contribution
The necessary technical data are necessary to view the site. The sending of an email is optional, but without the contact data it is not possible to reply. Consent to unnecessary tools is always optional and can be denied or revoked without preventing normal consultation of the pages.
Addressees and suppliers
The data can be processed by technical providers that support hosting, maintenance, security and e-mail, to the extent necessary for the service and according to applicable agreements. They can also be communicated to public entities or decision rights when required by law. The data are not sold.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some technology providers may process data in countries outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the transfer must be based on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another mechanism recognized by the applicable legislation.
Storage time
The technical logs are kept for the period necessary for security and diagnostics according to the settings of the supplier. The emails are maintained for the time necessary to manage the request and any subsequent reports, in addition to the terms required by law or necessary for the protection of rights. The preferences related to the unnecessary cookies have a maximum duration of ordinary six months, unless substantial changes require a new choice.

The contents of In-Vidia are aimed at professionals and businesses and are not designed to knowingly collect data from minors.

The information is updated when services, providers or methods of processing change. The date published at the top of the page identifies the current version.
In-Vidia Digital Score
The free Digital Score is a self-assessment that processes the answers provided during the session to calculate an overall score and six area scores. It does not request name, email address, company name, website URL or free-text information.
The answers and score of the free assessment are processed in the visitor’s browser and are not stored by the Digital Score plugin. This release does not maintain a benchmark database and does not create an individual assessment record.
The Digital Score plugin does not place its own analytics, advertising or profiling cookies and does not send assessment answers to external services. Normal hosting, security and server logging systems may separately process technical navigation data, including IP addresses, under the rules, legal bases and retention periods described in the general sections of this Privacy Notice.
The premium report and payment flow are not active in this version. The Privacy Notice will be updated again before those features are enabled.
In-Vidia Analytics
We use a first-party analytics system operated directly on this website to understand which content and calls to action are useful. The system does not use analytics cookies, localStorage, persistent visitor identifiers, fingerprinting or third-party analytics services. The plugin does not store IP addresses, user IDs, email addresses, names or user-agent strings.
The system stores only daily aggregate counters, such as pageviews by URL path (query strings are removed and identifier-like path segments are defensively redacted), external entry source/medium, privacy-sanitized UTM campaign values, language and aggregate events such as Digital Score starts/completions, WhatsApp/contact clicks and engagement thresholds. Referrers are reduced to their domain and are not stored as full URLs. Paid-click identifiers such as gclid, msclkid or fbclid are detected only by presence; their values are never stored.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals are respected by default. Logged-in WordPress users are excluded by default. To reduce crawler contamination, the system transiently inspects the request user-agent and browser fetch context only to reject known bots/headless clients; these values are not stored in analytics tables. Aggregate analytics data is retained for 25 months under the current configuration and is not sent to third-party analytics providers. Ordinary hosting/server security logs remain separate from this analytics system and may technically process information such as IP addresses according to the website’s general hosting/security practices.
