You work directly with me
I personally analyze the context, make recommendations and participate in key decisions.
I personally lead a limited number of engagements, with scope, responsibilities and availability defined up front.
The pricing ranges indicate the likely level of investment. They are not a fixed price list: each proposal depends on the problem, available data, stakeholders and expected outcome.
The value of an engagement also depends on who actually does the work and on a clear boundary between advisory and execution.
I personally analyze the context, make recommendations and participate in key decisions.
The assignment is not subcontracted to collaborators or entrusted to junior figures. The agreed scope is followed directly by Domenico Basile.
Ongoing operational activities remain with the client's team or vendors. I can define requirements, priorities and control criteria.
To maintain quality and direct involvement, I accept only a limited number of projects at the same time.
The ranges help determine initial fit. The final scope is always defined before the engagement.
A 90-minute session focused on one decision or clearly defined problem, with essential preparation and actionable recommendations.
Analysis on a defined scope, main evidence, priorities and operational indications for the team or partners in charge.
Assessments, objectives, priority initiatives, KPI, responsibility and documented work sequence.
Periodic checkpoints, support for roadmap decisions and governance, without day-to-day operational management.
Temporary mandate with agreed objectives, availability and responsibilities. It is not full-time operational coverage.
A workshop tailored to the industry, roles and real team use cases. Multi-session programs are quoted separately.
Starting prices exclude any applicable taxes and pre-approved expenses. They do not constitute a binding quote.
I consider every opportunity before making a proposal. I accept the assignment only when the conditions exist to make a concrete contribution and follow it with the necessary attention.
The problem must fall within areas where my experience and judgment can create meaningful value.
There must be sufficient objectives, stakeholders and decision-making space to turn analysis into choices.
Scope, responsibility, access to data and role of teams and suppliers must be explicit.
The assignment must be compatible with my availability and the level of involvement required.
Submitting an inquiry or holding an initial call does not guarantee acceptance. I may decline if the project is outside my expertise, the scope is not sustainable or I do not believe I can create sufficient value.
Tell me the objective, problem, timing and approximate budget.
I assess project fit, availability and the information required to proceed.
If there is a potential fit, we will have a short exploratory call; it is not a free consulting session.
I then define activities, boundaries, timing, fees and start conditions in a proposal.
Each page explains the work, expected outcomes, operating boundaries and starting investment.
If the project is consistent and I have availability, I will respond to you to agree on the next step.
